Summary
Max squad of 10 b0ys and girls mixed.
10 minute matches that are played on an indoor court that is around 20x10.
Kick ins replace throw ins (You cannot score direct from a kick in)
No heading allowed
Roll on, roll off substitutes
5 a side
We will endeavour to get 6 matches played over the day, including a final match
Indoor trainers and shin pads are needed
Goalkeepers are used but you can easily rotate that position between your squad, if you do not have a recognised keeper
